Brandi launched Evio at 21 while living in a women’s shelter to escape domestic violence. Today, her brand has a large retail presence and has been featured in Vogue, Forbes, and Allure. Evio is dedicated to reducing the impact of stress on skin and community. The brand has donated over $550,000 in products and funding to 28 shelters across Canada, helping survivors of domestic violence thrive.
Brandi Leifso’s transformative work and resilience have earned widespread acclaim. In 2018, Chatelaine Magazine named her one of their Women of the Year. She has shared her journey on global stages, including the Forbes Under 30 Global Women Summit in Israel. In 2020, she was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence. In 2021, the Retail Council of Canada honored her as the Independent Retail Ambassador of the Year.
Brandi’s first book, Fearless Choices: Make a Decision, Change Your Life, will launch with HarperCollins in Spring 2025. The book will share her insights on resilience, agency, and the power of choice. A feature film based on her life story is also in development with producer Maddy Falle, bringing her journey of triumph and purpose to a wider audience.
