Selected 27th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1988 NHL Draft, Domi made his NHL debut with the Leafs in 1990. After brief stints with the New York Rangers and Winnipeg Jets, he returned to Toronto and spent the final 11 seasons of his career with the Maple Leafs. Over 1,020 games, Tie Domi scored 104 goals, 141 assists, and accumulated 245 points. His tough, hard-hitting style made him a fan favorite, and he was known for his willingness to fight and protect his teammates.

Additionally, Domi’s career was marked by impressive feats, including a league-high 347 penalty minutes during the 1993-94 season. He retired from professional hockey in 2006, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, toughness, and commitment to the game. His time in the NHL solidified his place as one of the most formidable enforcers the league has ever seen.
