About This Speaker: Tara Renze
Tara Renze is an author, keynote speaker, podcaster, and emotional and positive intelligence practitioner. She helps people unlock purpose, elevate success, and create sustainable happiness. After two decades in corporate leadership and social selling, Tara shifted into writing and speaking. As a result, she now empowers others to “be who they came to be” and live lives aligned with their values and potential.
Tara’s professional journey began in corporate America at CareerBuilder.com. There, she built a successful leadership career and earned the company’s Sales Leader of the Year award. Later, she led the national new hire sales training program. She also served as a national sales manager consultant, where she helped shape future sales leaders.
Building on that success, Tara entered social selling with Stella & Dot. During this chapter, she founded a nationwide, multi-million-dollar business. Additionally, she combined entrepreneurship with connection and purpose. This experience deepened her passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.
Today, Tara is known for her relatable and empowering message. In particular, a handwritten note from her grandmother in 2007 inspired the philosophy behind her work. As an author and speaker, Tara shares practical tools rooted in emotional intelligence. Consequently, individuals gain clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
Tara is the author of Be Who You Came To Be and the co-author of the children’s book Be Who You Came To Bee. She is also creating the upcoming book Perfectly Flawed. Moreover, she works with organizations such as Aflac, T-Mobile, Amazon, American Century Investments, Baxter, and the Women’s Foodservice Forum.
Outside of work, Tara values her roles as wife, mom, daughter, and friend. Beyond her career, she is also a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness.
