About This Speaker: Joze Piranian
Joze Piranian is a lifelong stutterer turned international keynote speaker and stand-up comedian. He helps people who hold back turn fear into action. Through his work, Joze shows audiences how to overcome their “inner stutter” and unlock their true potential. He delivers transformational experiences that help people reframe fear as a source of power.
Joze grew up in Lebanon with a severe stutter and avoided speaking for more than 25 years. In the past six years, everything changed. He uncovered powerful insights that helped him turn his obstacle into a strength. Today, Joze performs keynote speeches and stand-up comedy across three continents and in four languages. He often jokes that he stutters in six. His mission is to help people change their relationship with fear and discomfort so they can take action at work, school, and in life.
As a keynote speaker, Joze Piranian speaks about inclusion, resilience, and courage. Organizations such as the FBI, the United Nations, Google, Meta, TikTok, Tesla, IBM, BCG, Deloitte, Dell, Scotiabank, Rogers, and Bell have invited him to speak. Most recently, he opened Bell’s “Bell Let’s Talk” campaign for 1,400 employees nationwide. He also speaks at universities, including McGill University and Queen’s University, as well as schools and conferences around the world.
