About This Speaker: Jack Becker
Jack Becker is a leadership, teamwork, human performance, and safety expert who brings decades of elite aviation experience to the stage. He founded Flight Level Solutions, Inc. to help organizations improve execution, strengthen team performance, and reduce errors. Jack draws on the same peak-performance skills he developed while flying combat missions in the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet. In addition, his military career included roles as a U.S. Navy fighter pilot, instructor pilot, landing signal officer, quality assurance officer, and crew resource management (CRM) instructor.
Jack has logged more than 2,500 hours in supersonic fighter jets. He has also guided Naval aircraft to the carrier deck for over 10,000 hours. As a decorated combat veteran, he flew high-profile missions throughout the Middle East. As a result, his keynotes carry the same energy and precision he brought to every mission.
As one of the Navy’s most decorated Landing Signal Officers, Jack Becker helped advance CRM-based process improvement for carrier aviation. He was responsible for more than 21,000 mishap-free carrier landings. Moreover, his combined experience as an LSO and top CRM instructor showed him how the Brief-Execute-Debrief-Perfect model could transform performance in the workplace.
Jack earned a BS in Political Science with a focus on organizational leadership from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He also competed in varsity football and ice hockey during his time there.
Now Jack serves as CEO of Flight Level Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in human performance and organizational execution. He applies his “repeat your successes and eliminate mistakes” mindset in the civilian aviation world as an international wide-body airline Captain and evaluator instructor pilot. Jack lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with his wife, three daughters, and their golden retriever.
