About This Speaker: Jason Cyrus

Jason Cyrus is a Canadian keynote speaker, entertainer, and hypnotherapist born in the coal mining village of Minto, New Brunswick. Known for his big heart, quick wit, and charismatic stage presence, he is also the son of country music legend Joey Knight. Jason brings strong family values and a natural ability to connect with audiences.

A lifelong hockey fan and athlete, Jason played AAA hockey and earned multiple awards, including Most Valuable Player. His dedication led to an invitation to try out for Junior A hockey in Ontario, opening doors to new opportunities. However, at a young age, he also discovered a passion for magic, theatre, and hypnosis through his school drama club.

Jason made his stage hypnosis debut in 2007 and quickly rose to national prominence. Dubbed “Canada’s Stage Hypnosis King,” he has performed in major theatres and casinos across the country. His shows blend world-class entertainment with laughter and audience engagement and regularly sell out.

In 2016, Jason developed his keynote Achieve the Unthinkable. In 2024, he launched Unlocking Business Brilliance, designed specifically for corporate audiences. His keynotes teach practical techniques that combine hypnosis, focus, visualization, and neuroscience to help individuals and teams achieve personal and professional goals. Sports psychologist Dr. David Scott of the Montreal Canadiens describes Jason’s message as “life-changing.”

Beyond the stage, Jason is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and naturopath. He works with clients worldwide, specializing in mental performance and mindset, particularly for athletes. He is also a Neuro Change Practitioner and a certified Mental Performance Coach.

In 2024, Jason released two books, Mental Mirrors and Unlocking Business Brilliance, expanding on his work in mindset, resilience, and high performance.

Jason enjoys hockey, fitness, and golf, and values time with his wife, Catherine, and daughter, Chloe.
