Chantal Kreviazuk and Raine Maida have been critical members of the global music scene for over 20 years. They have topped the charts with their original sounds — Chantal as a solo artist and Raine with Our Lady of Peace. Recently, they have collaborated on a special project titled “I’m Going to Break Your Heart,” which consisted of a record and documentary, giving fans an unfiltered look into their songwriting process and relationship. This critically acclaimed project was a brave reflective piece of art that inspired many.
Chantal Kreviazuk is a platinum-selling, Grammy and three-time Juno award-winning artist from Winnipeg. While raising her three sons with her husband, Raine Maida, she also spent time on her other musical passion, crafting songs. Chantal has written for Drake, Pitbull, Kendrick Lamar, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Josh Groban and countless others.
Raine Maida is a Juno award-winning artist best known for being the lead vocalist for the iconic alternative rock band Our Lady of Peace. Maida has shared the stage with legendary artists such as The Ramones and Willie Nelson. Maida has been involved in various charities, including War Child, and is an outspoken activist against various political injustices.
Chantal and Raine are members of the Order of Canada, recognizing their efforts to raise awareness and support for numerous causes, including human and animal rights, mental health, education and the environment.
